perawin is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Registration requires identity verification. Players who misrepresent their age will have accounts permanently suspended and forfeiture of funds.
Each individual may hold only one perawin account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in all associated balances being forfeited and accounts permanently closed.
All perawin bonuses are subject to wagering requirements clearly stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses obtained by fraudulent means, or through multiple accounts, will be voided.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By using perawin, you consent to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts for any disputes arising under these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and perawin ("perawin," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the perawin website located at perawin.co, any associated mobile applications, and all related services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using the perawin Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

The perawin Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age is prescribed under Philippine law and PAGCOR guidelines governing online gaming. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
perawin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, perawin will immediately suspend the account, void all wagers and winnings, and return the net deposit amount (less any bonuses received) at its sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your perawin account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. You agree to notify perawin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. perawin will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active perawin account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether in the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings without recourse.
perawin accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, credit/debit cards, and USDT TRC20/Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Deposits are credited to your perawin wallet in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
perawin targets same-day processing for verified accounts with withdrawal amounts under ₱50,000. Larger amounts or accounts pending verification may require up to three (3) business days. perawin does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.
All transactions on the perawin Platform are subject to AML monitoring as required under Philippine AMLA. perawin reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to suspend accounts pending investigation without prior notice to the account holder.
perawin offers various bonuses and promotions, each governed by specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, all perawin bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus amount (and any winnings derived therefrom) may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
perawin reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings from any Player suspected of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using betting patterns that constitute hedging, or any other conduct that perawin determines in its sole discretion to constitute exploitation of promotional terms.
All games available on the perawin Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game, as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, perawin reserves the right to void the affected round and return wagers. This includes but is not limited to disconnections, software errors, or data corruption. Decisions made by perawin in the event of technical issues are final and binding.
Live casino game outcomes are determined by real physical events (card dealing, roulette spins, dice rolls) conducted by professional dealers in certified studio environments. perawin does not manipulate game outcomes. All random number generation (RNG) for digital games is certified by independent testing laboratories.

All content on the perawin Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, text, and database compilations, is the property of perawin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of perawin.
The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by perawin is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the perawin Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, AML compliance, and regulatory reporting obligations.

perawin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to perawin in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
perawin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if perawin determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by regulatory or legal authorities. Upon termination for cause, perawin reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.
You may close your perawin account at any time by contacting support. Account closure is subject to withdrawal of any remaining verified balance in accordance with the withdrawal terms above. Bonus balances and pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to perawin's support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
perawin reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to Players via the perawin website and, where practicable, by email or push notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
